Applications are now open for the Knight Hennessy Scholarship 2025 cohort. The Knight Hennessy Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship at Stanford University for graduate studies. The Knight Hennessy Scholarship is open to students of any age, academic field, or nationality. To be eligible for the Knight Hennessy Scholarship, applicants must first apply to and be accepted into a full-time Stanford graduate degree program, which includes JD, MA, MBA, MD, MFA, MS, DMA, and PhD programs. Scholars receive support for up to three years. Nationals of the United States may also apply. More information about the scholarship requirements and application process are provided below.

Number of scholarships
For the 2025 cohort, up to 100 prospective global leaders will be awarded Knight-Hennessy scholarships. Stanford University is located in Stanford, California. It is a private research university.
Scholarship Benefits
- Scholars will get a three-year grant.
- Scholars will be paid a stipend to cover living expenses.
- The Living Stipend will be paid individually.

Eligibility Requirements
- The Knight Hennessy Scholarship is open to all nationalities.
- The applicant must have been accepted and enrolled in a full-time Stanford graduate degree program. The complete list of graduate programs at Stanford.
- Fill out the graduate program requirements.
- The applicant must have obtained a bachelor’s degree by January 2018 or later.
- Provide proof of your English language skills.
- Your grades or scores do not have to meet any minimal requirements.
- There is no application fee for Knight-Hennessy Scholars, but you must pay any fees imposed by your graduate program when you submit your application.

- A one-page resume that highlights your experiences, interests, and academic record.
- Transcripts and Test Scores: Scanned copies of your past academic records.
- Recommendation Letters: Please provide two letters.
- Short Answers & Essay: Explain in your own words what you’ve done, who you are, and what you hope to do in the future.
How Can I Apply for the Knight Hennessy Scholarship 2025?
Applicants must submit a complete application and supporting papers by the application deadline. The deadline for applying for the KHS 2025 is October 9th, 2024. Prior to enrolling for the KHS, you must have been accepted into a full-time graduate degree program.
