Job Role
- Following the required methods and using the provided equipment, wash and disinfect all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils.
- Utilizing a burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth in accordance with the prescribed techniques and tools, polish silver.
- Ensure that the kitchen and dish areas are kept clean, that the equipment is in functioning order, and that it complies with safety regulations.
- Clean work surfaces, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other areas used for food preparation.
- Take out the trash and put it in the corresponding bins. Garbage cans are washed with hoses or steam.
- Contributes to the loading, unloading, and transfer of materials between storage and work areas.
Requirements
- Being able to operate in a busy atmosphere
- Although it is not necessary, prior dishwashing experience is preferred.
- Industrial washing machine practical knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness required for positional duties
